Description: An older man who wears a fancy grey suit, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rangrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rangrim. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears dull grey sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sai, just in case. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ilde has worked very hard to control her curse. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: He likes to wear black tank tops with tan pants. He carries with him a set of morningstars, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has moderate length scarlet crest. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Azzakh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: 4'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Varis took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently the stress of being a Map Maker has made it difficult for him to sleep.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. His hair is blonde and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a Fisher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in the west to a Fisher, Norman learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Mozû is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second son.
