Description: A 3'2" northern woman, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her silver hair is greasy and uncared for. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarai. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: Shanairla was born the youngest of three triplets. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Elegant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 65. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
