Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Medrash would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Medrash was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Marigold was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, Vepar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise.
