History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Jo reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Stableman like her father before her.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
