History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Windy was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Windy's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Jo was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
