History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Agnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Agnes alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Art liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Art and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alvyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Spring and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
