History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Gardener kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest woman in the west

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mugrunden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
