History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her yellow fur is lengthy. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: Skirt hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skirt grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skirt. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Interpreter.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. After a long history of fighting, Mardred and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Healer soon after.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Kody was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Sailor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student she started as a Glassblower, but she got bored and became a Sailor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sailor for the past few years.
