Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She became a Layabout soon after.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Sellsword. She tends to her Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Armara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Krimp does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Krimp managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
