History: She was born in a small desert village. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Sariel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart.
