History: Emma was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Sethrekar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Sethrekar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Shava was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shava's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Therlin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Dee was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dee grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dee. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: She was born in the east. Mishann was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
