History: Windy was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her old friends

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Finellen reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
