History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Hlin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Mary hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
