Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This malnourished woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull white iron scale mail. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vistra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Revenge; and many illithids want her driven away

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and half-orc compassion

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: She wears a green vest and prefers tan and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and she perpetually has her shortbow ready. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Vapula was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. She has a very tight haircut. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
