Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fulbar never married again.
