History: He comes from a rich southern family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Bilga was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and to be a herbalist again

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
