History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Matilda was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he desires power and/or immortality

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
