History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cask took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Vepar was taken on many hunting expeditions. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a Farmer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bella was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Beast was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Beast and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.
