Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blue crest is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Torinn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His hair is silver and curly. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Brewer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to clean up the streets

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and gnomish compassion

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants and is in decent physical shape. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her childhood dream was to be a Guard, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
