History: Gifted from a young age, Avelina studied abroad. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: Spring was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Arannis was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Knight. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arannis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
