Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a Dilettante soon after.

Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and doesn't want to be a jeweler and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pyra grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
