Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Bundrigo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kadana was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
