History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tippletoe grew up listening to her father's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them.
