Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Varis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He wears a colorful flower in his bronze crest. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Kerkad took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

He carries with him a set of clubs, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his long dark red hair kept up in a rat tail. His black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Masseuse. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skamos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Rrath was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Joser was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a Seamstress, her father struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and many dire rats want her driven away

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. After a long history of fighting, Biri and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Urshar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Urshar was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.
