History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, marred by sweets. She has a very tight haircut. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Brottor was born with his father's beautiful face. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Flogg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heskan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Ortegar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.
