Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a white tunic with grey highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She wears her silver hair up. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Vaina has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vaina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ahinar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Sorath learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
