History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naivara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This late middle aged man has a large violet mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe and is in decent physical shape. His hair is short and silver. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
