Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Paela has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paela fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
