Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Quilla reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shifting was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
