History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has no hair. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Kipper was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kipper decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a simple black robe with tan stripes complete with hood. Her black hair is thinning but still full. Her silver eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a simple tan robe with black stripes complete with hood. She has golden hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Mara and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Phann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and sabotage a competitor
