History: He was born in a small island village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Ulblyn was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ulblyn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.
