History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Pennie learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She became a Scribe soon after.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Melech grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Gifted from a young age, Eva studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
