Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bather, and is pretty ugly. His purple hair is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. A true patriot, Marbas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Vanchu is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her auburn hair is cut short. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired her part-time. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Dee was taken on many hunting expeditions. One day when Dee was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Dee was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by her family.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born in a small island village. When Beatrice reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: She wears a green top hat and green clothes. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her silver eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Astaro was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest woman in the north

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Description: This northern man usually wears his brown robe and has his sai always slung over his shoulder. His clothes are grease stained in places. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a morningstar on his belt. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tûmûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Tûmûg and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His brown fur is greasy and uncared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
