Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tailor who has hired her part-time. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tailor, and she later adopted a second son.

Description: This late middle aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times and is in decent physical shape. He has no hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He got into the Priest business at a young age. Aldous abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in an above average manner. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Everard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Everard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kipper took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Courier kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Blendaeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
