Description: Standing 3'2", this woman very much looks the part of a Marshal. Her red hair is braided into rings. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Tenena was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man stands a little under 4'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He usually wears his grey robe and has his glaive always slung over his shoulder. He has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uraim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Zepar was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Weaver job and began her own company from there.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
