Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She takes great joy in being the best Brewer in town.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and retire the richest man in the east

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bethrynna was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has never given up on her writing dream.
