Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the south. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gruk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants to work out more often

Ideals: Fighting, Athletic, Optimist. Flaws: Ugly. Occupation: Baker

Personality: She is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Akra learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a locksmith again
