Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She wears her black hair up. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Adelaide took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a blue vest and prefers tan and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Assassin; and to settle down with his crush

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
