He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has worked as a Armorer like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Dee was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dee's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
