Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Althaea will drive conversation. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Althaea grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Elysande was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Elysande's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Elysande and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
