History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. During his travels, Richard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Richard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Richard fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a club on his belt. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His ears are large.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Igden embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: An older woman who wears skinny pants and wears a white and grey robe with the hood down, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nogu's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Nogu abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He has dyed his greying beige fur a little too much giving a sharp beige color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Server. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a grey coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: Standing 5'1", this man is dressed in an above average manner. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Blorg lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Apothecary father left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He carries with him a set of falchions on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
