Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
