History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Edge grew up listening to her father's many stories. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is a Spy first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Spy for the past few years.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Theren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Theren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Amûg enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a Farmer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Amûg was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Amûg's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Ida was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a greataxe on her belt. She has a hunchback. She has shaved her head bald. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Enna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing a long, red cloak. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Marigold embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is greedy

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Bilbron was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bilbron decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
