History: Gildmak was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He was born in the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: Reddlepop was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and revenge

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is content

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
