History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: She was born in the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Rose managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
