Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Rangrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears an entirely pastel suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His orange fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Shadow was born the youngest of three triplets. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shadow has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and revenge

Description: She wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available she will default to her sickle. She carries a battered scimitar and tarnished sickle as well. Her brown fur has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emma does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Emma was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Emma never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He usually wears his red robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Foxilon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Foxilon. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His orange fur is braided into rings. His half smiles and yellow eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
