His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Decarabia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second son.
