Description: An older woman who tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Isabella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born in the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Gifted from a young age, Geoffrey studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Avice does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
