History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He stands about 6'4" and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his silver hair up. His skin is flawless and his silver eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Millicent lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. He carries a battered pickaxe and tarnished shortspear as well. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Jeweler for the past few years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: Standing 6'3", this man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his glaive with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He sports a flattop crest cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ildrex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Meriele grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
