History: She was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Giselle's homeland. Giselle decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adam embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born in a small island village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Personality: Pyntle wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Pyntle has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to unite with her brother
